Andy Butitta came to Naviant’s Customer Care Group from the company’s Physical Records Division. He has been happily lending CCG a hand since January 2013, and holds an Associate’s degree in Information Technology as well as two industry certifications: OnBase Certified Support Engineer and Microsoft Certified Professional. Andy’s hobbies include tweaking and upgrading his built-from-scratch home theater, wrenching on and riding motorcycles with his wife, Katie, writing fiction that will likely never see the light of day, and building PCs and electronics from parts in his spare time. His favorite café drink is black coffee.
Jason Wilhelm comes to Naviant with a technical aptitude and a track record of business success. With experience in procedure, training, and product implementation, Jason has helped multiple companies grow and stay on top of increasing competition and market demands. He plans to bring dynamic and ready to accomplish attitude to the Customer Care Group of Naviant, Inc. Outside of the office, Jason enjoys spending time with his soon to be wife, and is an active member of the United Stated National Australian Rules Football Team, The Revolution. Jason can be found on his motorcycle or in the gym, or in the kitchen where he loves to cook. Jason’s favorite café drink is a traditional double macchiato, with just a single dollop of froth.
Jennifer Siegel (aka Pixie) has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field, which includes 13+ years of Systems Administration and 15+ years of developing and implementing technical documentation and training. Jennifer has extensive experience with Active Directory and a firm foundation in computer science. Despite this, she considers herself a well-adjusted nerd with hobbies including gardening (poorly), archery, and knitting in public. As an OnBase Certified Installer, Workflow Engineer, WorkView Engineer, and PaperVision Enterprise Certified Naviant Solutions Support Specialist, Jennifer is dedicated as first-line phone support, troubleshooting and tracking software and hardware issues. Additional responsibilities include serving up system audits, software upgrades, and SQL queries. She bakes a mean cheesecake and her favorite café drink is a Cinnamon Steamer.
Kathy Hughes has more than 15 years experience in the Information Technology field, primarily in Healthcare. She has been an OnBase Administrator for over 6 years and has hands on experience in enterprise deployments for Epic integration, Insurance, Human Resources, Home Health and Accounts Payable. With extensive experience in Workflow development, she is certified in OnBase System Administration, Workflow and is currently a director for the HealthCare VOGUE for Hyland. Kathy enjoys working in a technical field because she enjoys puzzles, especially technology ones. Outside of work, she has 3 adult kids, 1 kid in High School, and 1 grandchild. Kathy considers herself a social nerd. She enjoys being outdoors hiking, kayaking and biking and sets a goal of at least one metric century ride or more each season. She prefers active adventure vacations versus relaxing ones and, as a UW Alum, she is an avid Badger fan. Her favorite café drink is dark Sumatra coffee or anything with lots of caffeine.
Jen Henquinet has more than 20 years of experience here and abroad working with computers, networks, and software support. As the Supervisor of the Naviant Customer Care Group, Jen provides support and services for OnBase, Brainware and Kofax customers, and she is a certified OnBase Installer, OnBase Workflow Engineer, Workview Engineer, and Kofax Resource. Outside of the office, she’s happily married and enjoys chasing their little boy and little girl around. When she finds free time, she enjoys the outdoors, golfing and attending sporting events. She is an avid Wisconsin Badger fan and her favorite café drink is a Hazelnut Latte.
