Technical Support Specialist Intern

Position Background

Naviant is seeking motivated, friendly, collaborative individuals with excellent software skills and an interest in learning how to provide and support content services from a technical aspect. Gain real-world experience in software support helpdesk operations as you join and integrate with a team of skilled professionals that pride themselves in providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technology.
  • Aptitude for technology and process methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Tier 2 help desk operations:
    • Monitor support emails
    • Provide phone support for software
    • Create and triage support tickets
    • Leverage remote connection software to guide and assist customers
  • Develop and maintain skill set necessary to install, configure, and support OnBase (core products) Kofax Ascent Capture, Verity, Captovation, Digitech and related solutions offerings
  • Provide training to non-technical resources
