- Aptitude for technology and process methodology.
- Tier 2 help desk operations:
- Monitor support emails
- Provide phone support for software
- Create and triage support tickets
- Leverage remote connection software to guide and assist customers
- Develop and maintain skill set necessary to install, configure, and support OnBase (core products) Kofax Ascent Capture, Verity, Captovation, Digitech and related solutions offerings
- Provide training to non-technical resources
