Customer Success Specialist Internship

Position Background

Naviant is seeking a motivated, friendly, collaborative Senior for a paid internship with us during the spring semester. In this role, you will gain real-work experience working for a software service company and integrate with a team of skilled professionals that pride themselves in providing exceptional support to our customers. Interns will work directly with different departments within the company, with a focus on the customer success and support area.  Successful completion of the internship can lead to full time employment with our Customer Success Team.

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technology and processes.
  • Ability to critically think and easily adapt.
  • Desire to learn new technology and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with providing support with our Customer Success Team:
    • Monitor customer issues and provide support.
    • Provide recommendations to customers on configuration changes and updates.
    • Leverage remote connection software to guide and assist customers.
  • Provide training to non-technical resources
  • Learn and assist with responsibilities of different company departments
  • Provide feedback on process improvement for internal and customer facing projects
  • Assist with creating internal processes and documentation
