Naviant, a long-time OnBase partner, has been awarded the prestigious Diamond Support Award for the last 13 years in a row. Hyland sets criteria for the Diamond Award based on training, customer retention, ratio of employees providing support to customers, and percentages of customers using the current software release. Customer feedback also plays a critical role, with the award requiring a customer retention rate of 95 percent or better measured through annual renewals and customer satisfaction surveys. Platinum Partner Status is awarded to Hyland’s top-performing partners based on sales revenues.
