How Do I Receive OnBase Support Going Forward?
In the near term, you will continue to call 330.848.8800 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for your OnBase support. By early November we plan to have our systems and processes consolidated and CASNET’s support team will be fully integrated into Naviant’s support team. Naviant will continue to have a physical office in Akron OH within the existing CASNET office location, in addition to Naviant’s headquarters in Verona, WI.
How Do I Receive ApplicationXtender Support Going Forward?

Has my account manager changed?
For most customers, your account manager will not change. In instances where there will be a transition in account management, Naviant will communicate those changes directly to affected customers in the near term. If you do not know who your account manager is, please contact Liz Skolaski, EVP and COO, at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888.686.4624.
I am in the middle of an implementation. How does this acquisition affect my organization?
Please continue to move forward with your implementation. Our commitment is to make the integration of the CASNET team as seamless to you as possible.
Do I need to approve the assignment of my CASNET agreements to Naviant?
We are in the process of reviewing all legal agreements and will let you know if we need to have you sign anything to make the transition to Naviant. Our goal is to make this a seamless transition for you. Should I remit invoice payments to Naviant moving forward?
Please submit payments to the company that issued the invoice. Naviant will be issuing invoices for services provided in November and subsequent months and for software renewal terms beginning on or after January 1, 2018.
What if I have accounting related questions?
If you have any Administrative questions, please reach out to our Contract Administrator, Carrie Saurbeir at firstname.lastname@example.org and she can help answer any questions for you or get you any additional forms you require, like Naviant’s W-9 form or a sales tax exemption form. Those Administrative documents can be returned to email@example.com.

When will I hear from Naviant?
The acquisition will be officially finalized on November 1st, 2017.
