Day two of our annual user conference is already underway starting with our industry breakout sessions in healthcare, manufacturing, and insurance. Later on this morning, Mark and I will be discussing all things Unity while Ed and Josh will be talking about integration options. Thankfully, I’m off the hook after lunch, which means I can listen to our keynote speaker, Larry Johnson, corporate culture expert and author, talk about using OnBase to destroy the status quo and attend the afternoon sessions to get other perspectives on ingestion, the cloud, and OnBase 12.

Yesterday’s half day intensive sessions were a roaring success! We had Hyland representatives on hand talking about workflow and foldering to packed rooms. We also saw some interest in reporting and held an executive workshop focused on building a business case for strategic ECM. After the mental workout, we retired to Fields for a well earned dinner where we were treated to an embarrassing amount of delicious food. (The pumpkin torte at the end was my favorite.)

If you weren’t able to make it this year and want to see any of the slide presentations, we will make them available to you via our website on request. You may also want to start putting a bug in your leader’s ear about attending next year. We always love to see our customers!
