As the Founder & Owner of Naviant, Mike Suter brings more than 30 years of sales, leadership, and business expertise to the business. Mike’s strong reputation for customer satisfaction has transformed Naviant into a financially sound organization. His belief in innovative processes and technology has helped Naviant grow and serve hundreds of customers nationwide. Mike’s humble attitude and passion for empowering people to grow and succeed, both professionally and personally, has attracted and retained top talent. As a successful family-business owner, Mike believes in everyone having an opportunity to do well for themselves and their families. Mike is also involved in the community and supports many local charitable organizations.

Community Involvement
Mike and his family believe in supporting Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Dane County, Second Harvest Foodbank, The Road Home, Children's Hospital, the Ronald McDonald House, among others. He also enjoys supporting specific causes that his employees are passionate about.

Mike loves spending quality time with his family, especially family fishing trips to Northern Minnesota and Ontario, Canada. He also enjoys mentoring young people on their career decisions.

Liz Skolaski brings 30+ years of direct sales, consulting, and management experience in the technology and enterprise content management industry. Liz’s excellent leadership and insights have been critical in developing and managing Naviant’s strong relationship with Hyland software and achieving success as a company. She also participates in Hyland’s Partnership Advisory Council (PAC), an elite group of leaders from Hyland’s top partners that delivers feedback on Hyland’s partnership program. Through her business expertise, passion for mentoring others, sincerity, and ability to read people, Liz has encouraged the belief that we will always achieve more as a team. When she’s not at work, Liz enjoys spending time with her kids, reading, and baking – her specialty is bread.

Outside of work, Dwayne enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, hiking, biking, and camping.

Ann-Marie brings 20+ years of IT project management experience to the Naviant Sales Team. As a certified Project Management Professional, she brings a unique perspective to formulating long-term growth plans for customers. Ann-Marie has used this perspective to manage the Account Development team, which has grown to 4 members that support more than 80 of Naviant’s customers. In 2020, Ann Marie transitioned from that role into the world of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). As the RPA Sales Manager, Ann Marie will focus on deploying Robotic Process Automation technology to existing and new customers. When not at work, Ann-Marie enjoys spending time with her wife reading or playing video games.

Employee Donation Match Program

We believe in supporting a company culture where employees feel valued for their work and their life passions. The employee donation match program helps us support our employees in their philanthropic endeavors. Through the program, each year, every employee can choose a cause they wish to support financially, and Naviant will match their donation up to $100.

Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin

Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin is a hunger-relief charity organization. They serve Dane County and beyond through its food distribution, promotion of government programs, and hunger awareness education efforts.

For the past 15+ years, Naviant has led an annual fundraising campaign to support Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin. Each year, we find creative, engaging ways to campaign, from company-wide game days and silent auctions to donation matches and participating in the annual food item “Sort-A-Thon.” As of the fall of 2019, we’re proud to have funded 194,631 meals to benefit hungry families of Southern Wisconsin.

Boys & Girls Club of Dane County

Our headquarters in Verona, WI is proud to be a part of the very active Dane County community. One shining star that works hard to make a difference in thousands of young lives within the community each year is Boys & Girls Club of Dane County.

We are dedicated to supporting this impactful presence in our community through financial and material donations throughout the year. We also look forward to sponsoring, campaigning for, and participating in the annual Biking for Bright Futures bike ride held each summer.

The Road Home Dane County

The Road Home Dane County is on a mission to ensure that every child in the Dane County community has a home. This powerful organization works toward this goal by offering opportunities for homeless families to learn the skills they need to achieve stable housing.
