Keith Roberts is Managing Director, Financial Services and Insurance at Naviant, where he helps organizations eliminate friction, modernize operations, and deliver better experiences for the customers and communities they serve. With over 20 years of leadership experience spanning consulting, health tech, and enterprise services, Keith has built a career at the intersection of behavioral science, AI, and data analytics. He is driven by a conviction that organizations can and must do better by the people they serve, and that the tools to get there already exist. At Naviant, he channels that belief into helping clients move from incremental improvement to genuine transformation.
Community Involvement
Keith is a volunteer mentor of FIRST Robotics Team 2264, Trojan Robotics of Wayzata, MN High School.
Fun Fact
Away from work, Keith enjoys overly-ambitious DIY Home Improvement endeavors (justification to buy cool tools) and travel adventures with his wife of 32 years and their 3 adult daughters. He also enjoys “returning to his roots” as a weekend warrior with his Dad on their Western WI dairy farm founded in 1872.
