Verona, WI, & Akron, OH, & Orem, UT – April 29, 2020In the midst of COVID-19, Naviant has some exciting news: our website got a makeover! From its informational content to its overall design and organization, every inch of our website received a thorough spring cleaning.

As time has gone on, technology has evolved, and with it, the needs of businesses everywhere have shifted. Naviant itself has expanded its solution offerings beyond ECM to include RPA and Intelligent Capture solutions. We envisioned a client-focused website that could allow us to effectively engage with visitors and meet them wherever they were at in their process automation journeys.

To bring this vision to life, we completely reimagined our website’s approach to content delivery. At first glance, you will notice that we’ve opted for a more modern look and feel. Users can scroll at their leisure, and chunks to content make for an easy reading experience. Our homepage greets users with a hero statement that clearly states what we do at Naviant. We added this touch to redirect any visitors who may have mistaken our website for student loan servicer NaviEnt (with an E).

We prioritized simple, intuitive navigation in the new site’s organization. The new site features a streamlined main menu with just five choices. The new site also contains about 40 pages, versus the old site, which had 200+ pages, which has simplified the navigation experience for visitors. We combed through all 300+ of our old site’s resources to remove any old, unneeded posts. In their place, we added newer, more helpful resources, and recategorized each one.

In condensing our content, we wanted to make the most of every individual page. Our new site features all-new engaging, interactive content. We have strategically rewritten each piece to speak directly to the customer’s needs. We also added a powerful search feature and widespread interlinking throughout the site to make for an even more comprehensive user experience.

We also debuted a new “What to Expect” page. It walks prospective customers through what it’s like to work with us, both before and after becoming a customer. To better serve our existing clients, we created a full page dedicated to support. It houses all customer-related key information, resources, and events in one place.
