Naviant, Inc. Acquires Business Process Automation Provider in Michigan

Naviant, a leading provider of intelligent automation solutions by Hyland and ABBYY, announced today that it signed an agreement to acquire User Friendly Consulting. User Friendly Consulting (UFC) is a business process automation provider based in Michigan.
