In April of this year, Adobe released a new version of their reader called Adobe Document Cloud. It is not currently supported with OnBase as Hyland hasn’t had a chance to test it yet. If you have already installed it and it’s working for you, great, but we have heard reports of minor display issues with older versions of OnBase. Before installing or upgrading any third party application that interacts with OnBase, remember to check the compatibility matrix to make sure it’s supported. The matrix can be found here:
