John Stille brings more than 20 years of technology and leadership experience to Naviant, with a career spanning software engineering, platform engineering, cybersecurity, and executive technology leadership. He has led large, high-performing technology teams and complex transformation initiatives across financial services, enterprise software, and technology organizations. John is passionate about building strong teams, simplifying complex problems, and creating technology strategies that turn innovation into meaningful business outcomes. At Naviant, he focuses on advancing technology and solution delivery while helping scale the people, practices, and platforms behind the company’s continued growth in automation and AI.
Community Involvement
John is passionate about youth sports and serves as an assistant coach with the Carolina Fireballs, a Cary, North Carolina-based youth softball organization focused on player development, confidence, and creating a lifelong love of the game.
Fun Fact
If John isn’t working or at a softball field, there’s a good chance he’s outside somewhere. He loves walking and hiking, and his ideal way to spend a free day is putting a kayak on the water, fishing rod in hand, with nowhere in particular he needs to be.
