Mike joined Naviant in January of 2025 as part of an acquisition of the LBMC OnBase practice, of which Mike served as the Director of Intelligent Automation. Mike has served a number of leadership roles within the technology and insurance industries for over 30 years, including Manager of Datacenter Operations and Director of the Project Management Office for CNA Life Insurance and Vice President of IT for PICA Group Insurance. In 2009, Mike joined the leadership team at Trinisys, a Nashville-based technology startup company that was recognized multiple years by Inc. 500 as one of the fastest growing companies in the US. Mike’s focus has been on helping companies realize efficiencies through organizational communication and connecting businesses with the right technology fit.
Mike started out as a customer, first deploying the OnBase solution in 2005 at PICA Group. In his current role as Director of Customer Success, everything that Mike does is through the lens of a customer with a goal of maximizing the value of the investment customers have made with Naviant.
Mike lives just outside of Nashville, TN, with his wife and two children, one of whom was married earlier this year. He enjoys playing ball with his golden retriever, Hooper, as well as golf, tennis, and pickleball.
Community Involvement
Mike likes to volunteer and support a number of local organizations, like Journey Home and Greenhouse Ministries, that help those who have and are going through difficult times and are trying to get fresh starts in life.
Fun Fact
Many, many, many years ago, Mike came to college on a tennis scholarship. Now in his “later years”, pickleball and ping pong help him relive the glory days!
