Support Lifecycle Policy
- Each version will receive Mainstream Support for a period of five years from the year in which the version was released. A module is considered to have received a full year of Mainstream Support on December 31st of the year of its release, regardless of when in the year the release occurred. A version is retired at the end of the fifth year of Mainstream Support.
- Extended Support is offered for retired versions. Extended Support is subject to an additional support fee that is applied to the annual maintenance renewal (Software Maintenance – Extended Support).
Software Retirement Schedule
- As of December 31, 2017, version 12.0 and below are subject to the Extended Support Fee
- After December 31, 2018, version 13.0 and below will be subject to the Extended Support Fee
- After December 31, 2019, version 14.0 and below will be subject to the Extended Support Fee
- After December 31, 2020, version 15.0 and below will be subject to the Extended Support Fee
- After December 31, 2021, version 16.0 and below will be subject to the Extended Support Fee
- After December 31, 2022, version 17.0 and below will be subject to the Extended Support Fee
