How Do I Receive Support Going Forward?
In the near term, you will continue to call 866.678.8400, option 2 or email support@doxtek.com for your support. By April we plan to have our systems and processes consolidated and DoxTek’s support team will be fully integrated into Naviant’s support team. At that time, we will provide you with updated contact information. Naviant will continue to have a physical office in Orem, UT within the existing DoxTek office location, in addition to Naviant’s headquarters in Verona, WI and our satellite office in Middleburg Heights, OH.

Has my account manager changed?
For most customers, your account manager will not change. All current DoxTek sales and technical staff members will also be joining the Naviant team. In instances where there will be a transition in account management, Naviant will communicate those changes directly to affected customers in the near term. If you do not know who your account manager is, please contact Dwayne Ritchie, VP Sales, at 310.991.4080.

I am in the middle of an implementation. How does this acquisition affect my organization?
Please continue to move forward with your implementation. Our commitment is to make the integration of the DoxTek team as seamless to you as possible.

Do I need to approve the assignment of my DoxTek agreements to Naviant?
We are in the process of reviewing all legal agreements and will let you know if we need to have you sign anything to make the transition to Naviant.  Our goal is to make this a seamless transition for you.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Jason Bruner, Naviant’s Controller at jbruner@naviant.com or call 888.686.4624. Should I remit invoice payments to Naviant moving forward?
Please submit payments to the company that issued the invoice. Naviant will be issuing invoices for services provided in February and subsequent months and for software renewal terms beginning on or after January 1, 2020.

What if I have accounting related questions?
If you have any Administrative questions, please reach out to our Contract Administrator, Carrie Saurbeir at purchasing@naviant.com and she can help answer any questions for you or get you any additional forms you require, like Naviant’s W-9 form or a sales tax exemption form.  Those Administrative documents can be returned to purchasing@naviant.com.

When will I hear from Naviant?
The acquisition was officially finalized on December 31, 2019. In the coming weeks, you will hear from our marketing team about all of the exciting opportunities Naviant provides to our clients, including free training webinars, newsletters, blogs, and our Annual Summit to name a few. We plan to host a “Welcome to Naviant” webinar on January 23, 2020 that will introduce you to our executives, combined support and implementation teams, our culture, and all of the additional free resources you now have access to as one of our clients.
