Naviant is Awarded the Marketing Excellence 2020 Partner of the Year by Hyland

Jen Hein, Marketing Director at Naviant, was asked to speak at the Hyland Executive Forum on how they have built a successful marketing program that better serves their customers. With one of the highest customer retention rates with Hyland, Naviant has dominated the Customer Experience category (Naviant won the newly founded 2020 “Customer Growth Partner of the year” award from Hyland) and has built a reputation within Hyland for having an incredible business model that takes really good care of their customers. Hein says, “We are responsible for driving that alignment of our customer experience within every area of our business. And our innovative approach to customer education in ways beyond the basics of webinars, blogs, and training courses has helped Naviant create very educated and happy customers.”

In 2020, Naviant plans to participate in over 40 live events that include hosting Client OnBase User Groups within their local government and tribal nation client base, as well as a more Advanced User Group for their more sophisticated clients.
