I generally make a habit of handing out the OnBase database reference guides on maintenance, performance, and reporting when working with a customer on an upgrade or audit, but did you know that they are also available on the Hyland Community website?
You can get the above mentioned guides and several others here. The maintenance and performance guides are particularly helpful for those of us who are technical but not full DBAs, though I expect even the DBAs can find some useful tidbits.
