How to Create a Personal Page in OnBase

1. Log into the Unity Client.

2. Up at the top of the ribbon at the top of your screen, click on the second button from the left labeled “Personal Page.” Select that button.

3. Here, you’ll see your personal page, which you can think of as a bookmark page where you can create buttons that take you to places in OnBase that you consistently go to.For our video example, we had Custom Queries with different links in it, as well as Import a Document and On Hold Items. And below that was where our tiles would live. For the sake of the video example, we decided to go in and add a few.

4. Many of us use the Forms feature of OnBase constantly, making it a great use case for your personal page. To add a form to your personal page, click on the “Forms” button in the top ribbon. Then, right-click on the forms you want to add, and click “Add to Personal Page.” If you want to add it to your tile group, click “Add to Tile Group.”

5. If you have a reporting dashboard you use regularly that you’d like to add to your personal page, access it, right-click it, click “Send to”, then click “Personal Page”. And once again, if you want to add it to your tile group, click “Add to Tile Group.”

6. To add a workflow, click “Home,” then click “Add this layout to my Personal Page” or “Add this layout to my Tile Group.”

7. Now, let’s head back to your personal page. You’ll see whichever items you’ve added to your personal page. Know that if you click into an item, it’ll give you options like changing the color. And you can also click on individual items and drag them around your screen to rearrange your items.
