OnBase Training Course Offerings

Priced right, OnBase and Naviant offer one of the lowest cost end-user training amongst competitive solutions in the industry at just $2800 per course. Hyland, creator of OnBase, offers an entire suite of OnBase Training Courses, including:

  • System Administration (pre-requisite to all other courses)
  • System Administration Healthcare
  • Advanced System Administration
  • Introduction to Workflow (pre-requisite to other Workflow courses)
  • Workflow Design
  • Web Server
  • API Training

 

We currently offer four different ways to attend OnBase Training Courses, which are outlined below. Please note the cost is the same, regardless of which option you choose, other than travel and expenses.

  • Online Classroom with Hyland (save travel expenses, led by live Hyland Trainer)
  • Onsite at Naviant in Verona WI
  • Onsite at Hyland in Cleveland OH
  • Onsite at Hyland in Irvine CA

Naviant’s OnBase Support Blog
Naviant’s Support Team hosts a very active OnBase Support Blog that several members of your team should subscribe to. This blog, run by Naviant’s Customer Care Group (CCG) and updated weekly, will whet your appetite for ECM knowledge, as we serve up articles within a variety of categories designed to help you operate more efficiently with your OnBase System. By subscribing to this blog, you will receive all of the notices for the upcoming Naviant bi-monthly support webinars that we host for our Tiered Support customers.

Hyland Community Website
Hyland, creator of OnBase, has created an online user community website where you can find information and answers to most questions you have regarding OnBase (newsletters, product blogs, resources, user groups, etc.). You may request your login information to access Hyland’s user site once you officially receive your software. To do so, simply have your users click on the link above and register.

Training.OnBase.Com
Hyland, creator of OnBase, offers free self-paced mini training courses. These web-based training courses are available online at training.onbase.com, and can be accessed any time. You will use the same login as your Hyland Community, which you can register for once you officially receive your software.

VOGUE
Hyland Software, creator of OnBase, VOGUEs are Vertical OnBase Group of User Experts. More simply, a VOGUE is a customer user group within a particular industry. There are user groups for the Commercial/ Manufacturing, Credit Union, Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Insurance industries. Each VOGUE offers educational programs, networking opportunities, a website with discussion boards and more!  Visit OnBase VOGUEs and register to join.
