Naviant’s PSG team now offers “Naviant Live” as another option to support our Tiered customers (Tier 1, 2 & 3). “As a leading support provider, we continue to search for more efficient ways to support our customers, and adding “Naviant Live” is just another way to expand our reach”, says Chris Krause, PSG Team Leader. The chat feature is very easy to use, perfect for non “system down” requests, and integrates with our CRM so your Naviant Live session will be tracked in our system, and you will receive an open ticket confirmation as usual.
How Naviant Live Works
To start a Naviant Live session, go to the Naviant Customer Portal.
Simply click on the “Naviant Live” button during normal business hours and your chat session will automatically be initiated with one of our team members. If you’d like to use Naviant Live outside of normal business hours, you will be able to leave a message which will be answered in the morning of the next business day.
