January 9, 2020
To our new customers,
We are excited to share that Naviant, Inc. has signed the definitive agreement to acquire DoxTek.
Dwayne Ritchie will become a VP Sales for Naviant, and Michael Miles will continue as Senior Sales Executive. All current DoxTek sales and technical staff members will also be joining the Naviant team. Michael Miles, President & CEO of DoxTek, says “For 20 years I have built a company based on the principles of teamwork, integrity, customer success and continuous improvement. I am grateful and excited to add our family of customers and employees to a company in Naviant who share these same values. This focus has propelled Naviant to be one of the top content service and business process automation providers in the industry. Naviant brings expanded capabilities in robotic process automation (RPA), SAP integration and business process management (BPM) that enhance the technology expertise DoxTek is known for. The future for us and our customers has never been brighter!”
Michael Carr, President & CEO, at Naviant says “We are very excited to expand our footprint and combine DoxTek’s powerful customer base and talent with Naviant’s strong commitment to excellent support and delivery for our clients.” As a top OnBase by Hyland partner, Naviant has been consistently named an OnBase Platinum and Diamond Support partner year after year with a thriving and happy client base. “Hyland fully supports this acquisition, and we believe Naviant is a shining example of a partner that provides exemplary delivery and support to their clients. In fact, Naviant was recently named the Commercial Partner of the Year and #1 Partner in Marketing Excellence by Hyland Software,” said Eric Miller, Director of Channel at Hyland.
As you may know, Naviant also is a key player in the intelligent capture market. Naviant has developed a wide depth and breadth of experience within intelligent automation solutions and was the first solutions integrator for Brainware’s intelligent capture suite. Carr says “We are proud to be recognized by the industry for our dedication to capture solutions, as Naviant was also recently named Hyland Software’s Top Capture Partner of the Year. With the acquisition, Naviant will be able to incorporate the ABBYY platform into our solution set, which already includes Brainware, OnBase, and AnyDoc.” Joe Rayfield, ABBYY Group VP Americas/Japan/Australia/NZ, says “We are excited to partner with Naviant to continue to grow and support DoxTek’s ABBYY client base, and we look forward to Naviant’s continued investment in the Digital IQ market.”
“The team in the Orem UT office, with the addition of the entire Naviant team, look forward to providing you an even higher level of support and delivery of services. We look forward to personally welcoming you into the Naviant Community,” said Liz Skolaski, EVP & COO, at Naviant. Since 1986, Naviant has partnered with our clients to help them do more with less and reach their business goals. The acquisition positions Naviant to further lead the industry-wide evolution from managing content to managing information and to make an even bigger impact.
In the coming weeks, you will hear from our marketing team about all of the exciting opportunities Naviant provides to our clients, including free training webinars, newsletters, blogs, and our Annual Summit to name a few. You will receive an invitation soon to join us for a January 23 webinar that will introduce you to our executives, combined support and implementation teams, our culture, and all of the additional free resources you now have access to as one of our clients.
We look forward to extending a strong culture of support and partnership as we make this transition as seamless as possible for clients.
