By default, when you log into the OnBase web client, it probably hijacks your browser and you lose access to the browser toolbar. Wouldn’t it be great if you could get OnBase to open in a tab instead? Here’s how!

This is a browser level setting, so each user who wants to use it will need to set it on their own workstation.

  1. Launch Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to Tools | Internet Options.
  3. On the General tab, click the Settings button in the Tabs section.
  4. Click the radio button for Always open pop-ups in a new tab.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Restart Internet Explorer.
  8. Revel in the glory of tabs!IE Tab Settings
