Could not get database driver information for data source

coneAfter installing Workflow Studio on an end user workstation, you launch the application and attempt to add a repository. Inexplicably, the application throws a “Connection failed: Could not get database driver information for data source” error when you try to test the connection, no matter which authentication method you choose. You can hit the application server service page in your browser. You verified that your ODBC connection is functional. Your login credentials are correct. What gives?
