Since email is being used more and more it is important for companies to be able to get data from their email application into OnBase.  To bring those documents into OnBase you have two options, the first being click on the Upload with the message highlighted or open, the second being the creation of auto-import folder.  Since using folders within Outlook to bring documents into OnBase is not used very often we will spend the rest of this article diving into the options and setting that may help your organization.
